Project 2025: Building the Healthy Middle Age Man


It’s been 15 years since my last triathlon at IRONMAN UK, and while my quantity of eating has stayed consistent, my level of activity level has unfortunately not.

Not only do I need to drop the extra fat, but I also need to also put in place great daily health and fitness habits that will keep me going strong for the decades to come.

It’s time for some corrections. 

Roadmap and Phases

Project 2025 is setup across 6 phases from May 2024 until October 2025.

Each phase will last between 10 and 16 weeks, depending on the upcoming goals.
